Sessions

I currently offer online sessions using platforms which are easy to access.  Client feedback for online therapy has shown that they enjoy having therapy in the comfort of their own home.  Online therapy is effective and convenient.  Sessions are typically 60 minutes duration, except stop smoking / stop vaping.  

Issues such as anxiety, low mood, confidence issues, overwhelm, weight loss and management, motivation, performance enhancement and sports performance, unwanted habits and addictions and sleep issues will require a block of sessions.  The amount required will vary from person to person.  I usually recommend a course of 6 sessions to start.  Most people require 8-12 sessions.

Stop smoking / stop vaping session: 90-120 minutes. Only one session required.

Overcoming Phobias: Three 60-minute sessions required.

Other sessions are 60 minutes duration.  

I offer a range of sessions including weekends and evenings.  Please enquire.

Fees 

The initial consultation is free.

Solution focused hypnotherapy sessions are 60 minutes duration: £80 per session.

Discount for block bookings: £400 for six sessions (a saving of £80).

Stop smoking / stop vaping: £200 (one session required).

Overcoming Phobia sessions: £80 per session (three sessions required).

I operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the session will be charged at the full amount or deducted from a block booking.

Block bookings are non-refundable.
